Let's team up
Lexfinance is the fruit of a long collaboration between Gebauer Stein Rechtsanwälte Avocats and Auren Frankfurt in the area of international tax. Our respective experience in the area of legal advice for institutional or private investors as well as for business founders, exclusively in a cross-border and international environment, have contributed to develop our understanding of the challenges regarding cross-border financing and also regarding the management of international assets. Teaming up with lawyers, accountants and auditors, we try continuously to combine tax optimization and legal certainty. All of our consultants speak several languages and are used to deal with intercultural aspects.
